Payments are mailed two weeks after the study has completed for ALL participants.  This is also referred to as the study end date.  Please refer to the paperwork that you were given at your visit.

Missing check inquiries:  Please check your bank statements thoroughly, prior to inquiring about a missing check.  We are receiving a high volume of calls for checks that have been received and cashed or deposited.  Missing checks will be reissued one month after the check was mailed to allow time to receive the returned check in the mail.
